pillow talk

just a quick addition to the back pain info…

If you sleep on your back, put a pillow beneath your knees (unless you have a tempur-pedic mattress).  If you sleep on your side, put one between your knees.  It sounds like useless info, but it really does take a lot of tension off of your lumbar spine.  May not make a difference now, but it will in the future.

Oh yeah, and if you sleep on your stomach…stop…or don’t be surprised at neck pain.
